Humera Afzal is a senior finance executive with extensive experience across private equity, venture capital and consumer-facing businesses. She has held Chief Financial Officer roles at organisations including Backed VC and Soho House, and has led finance functions for prominent hospitality and lifestyle brands including The Ivy Collection and Caprice Holdings.
Humera began her career at PwC, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (FCA, ICAEW), and has since held roles spanning M&A, capital markets and strategic finance, including at BNP Paribas. She brings broad expertise in strategic finance, financial management and corporate transactions. Humera holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master’s degree in Engineering from Imperial College London.
Amina Rasool is a governance professional and qualified solicitor and company secretary with extensive experience advising Boards, Chairs and senior executives across listed and regulated organisations. Her expertise spans board advisory, regulatory compliance, subsidiary governance, board and committee effectiveness, sustainability governance and major corporate transactions.
Amina brings a strong focus on accountability, sound judgement and practical solutions that support effective decision-making. Her international experience includes working with the European Union and United Nations in Kosovo. She holds an LLM in European Law from University College London (UCL).
